One More Week To Mo!!

Hi All,

I just wanted to reach out with another update! There's one more week in Movember and I've absolutely CRUSHED my goal! I started the month hoping to raise $2430 for men's health and suicide prevention inititives and that would also bring my fundraising total to $10,000 in five years. But as of the time of this writing, I have raised $3740 for a total of $11,310 in five years!

I'm absolutely floored and humbled by the generosity of my friends and family! It's amazing to know how much support this cause has, and gives me hope that one day the men in our lives will live longer, healthier and happier than they are today! I said I would do a pushup for every dollar I raise until I get to $2000 and then I'd do that's a lot of burpees...and I have a feeling I'll be doing calisthenics until next Movember at this point...and I couldn't be more thankful!

Below is a picture of me being serious because it's a serious cause. But I wanted to share with you the progress of my Mo as well...because you can actually tell that I have a mustache now! It only took three weeks!

But now that I've crushed my goal, and that this is the most money I've every raised for Movember in a year, I'm wondering if I can get past the $4000 mark? Click the link below to donate to my campaign if you can, and share my page as far and wide as you like! If you can't donate funds, then keep the conversation going and check in with the men in your life. Remind them that it's okay to not be okay, and that asking for help is the true sign of strength! Love you dudes, Derek
